Read the terms of service! It is mandatory if you want to commission me!

Orders can be placed via the following methods:

Please use this form for commission orders!

  • Commission Type: (Example: a sketchy full-body)

  • Payment: (how you will by paying)

  • Refs: (a link to to the character(s) you want drawn)

  • Socials: (any social media you have so I may properly tag/credit you for the character. If a character is someone else's, be sure to provide their socials.)

  • Specifications: (poses or expressions you want, specific outfits, etc. If an outfit/pose or expression is not specified it will be left up to artistic freedom)

  • NOTICE: If you aren't sure if a mecha character is complex, feel free to ask.

I accept USD$ Please keep this in mind for all non-USD converting.Contact and commission request must be accepted before payment.

  • CashApp: (Preferred) Does not require you to also have the app, but does require email if you don't. (US and UK only)

  • PayPal: Accepts payment from most countries.

Extra Characters are 50% of base commission.
EX: Halfbody [10$] + Extra Character [5$] = Final Price [15$]

  • In summary, the art is mine and the character is yours.

  • YOU MAY NOT: Sell the artwork in any way, or use it for profit. This includes making merchandise such as prints, stickers, shirts, ect with my artwork OR using it in advertising. You may not remove my signature/watermark from any works, take credit for the artwork's creation, or alter the artwork without my expressed consent.

  • Turning my artwork into NFTs, even if it is a commission, IS STRICLY PROHIBITED. I can & will take legal action if you do this.

  • YOU MAY: Post the artwork alongside other images of your character to social media, ONLY WITH CREDIT to any of my official accounts.

  • I may use the artwork as advertising or in my portfolio of work, but commission pieces and adopt/custom designs will NEVER be sold as merchandise unless requested by the client.

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy within reason.

  • Please provide clear and properly colored reference images.

  • After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

  • Please be specific with detail, otherwise, I will fill in the gaps of details and take creative liberty and will not change things after the piece is complete. It is not my fault if you are unsure of what you want.

  • Any large changes such as an outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely will come with an extra charge as well for unnecessarily or obscenely complex character designs. (I will let you know if the design is so detailed that I need to charge extra.)

  • Work In Progress will be given if the commissioner asks for it. WIPs might be given as well if I have a question about how a commission is going.

  • I do not do refunds unless a commission will take longer than 6 months. The standard time for a commission varies, anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks max, if that. Though there might be exceptions.

  • Please keep in mind that I am human, and it might take more time to complete a commission if something comes up or depending on how complex a commission is.

  • I'll let you know if there is anything that might make a commission take longer than 6 months.

> adopts & customs <

  • My Adoptable & Customs Designs may be traded, gifted, or sold for their original price.

  • These designs/adopts may only be sold for the amount they were purchased for and/or for the amount of money invested into artworks of the design.

  • My adoptable/custom designs MAY NOT be used for financial gain / commercially. (EX: Merch, Mascot, Logo, Promotional Material for business, ect)

  • If the client would like to use the design for financial gain, they must have my (the artist, Aestrum) full WRITTEN consent in exchange for an additional payment that will be discussed.

  • Payment will be via CashApp or Venmo.

  • I may also accept the DeviantArt point equivalent if stated.

  • Please wait until I confirm your order to send payment. I don't start until I'm paid.

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for complete orders. All sales are final.

  • If you do not send references after I'm paid, I cannot start and the wait period begins when I receive them.

  • Follow the rules provided in the commission, YCH or Adoptable post.
